अस्य श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रमन्त्रस्य बुधकौशिक ऋषिः। श्रीसीतारामचन्द्रो देवता। अनुष्टुप् छन्दः। सीता शक्तिः। श्रीमद्धनुमान् कीलकम्। श्रीरामचन्द्रप्रीत्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः।

या रामक्षास्तोत्ररूपी मंत्राचे बुधकौशिक हे ऋषी, श्री सीतापती रामचंद्र हे देवता , अनुष्टुप् हा छंद, सीता ही शक्ती आणि श्री हनुमान् हे कीलक (रक्षा करणारे बंधन) आहेत. श्रीरामचंद्रांच्या प्रसन्नतेसाठी जप करण्याकरिता या स्तोत्राचा उपयोग आहे.

Of this mantra in the form of Ramaraksha Stotra, Budhakaushika is the seer. Shri Seeta-Ramachandra is the deity, Anushtup is the meter, Seeta is the power and Shri Hanuman is the protective lock.

अथ ध्यानम्–

आता (रामंचन्द्रांचे) ध्यान–

Now the meditation (on Ramchandra)--
ध्यायेदाजानुबाहुं धृतशरधनुषं बद्धपद्मासनस्थं 
पीतं वासो वसानं नवकमलदलस्पर्धिनेत्रं प्रसन्नम् । वामाङ्‌ङ्कारूढसीतामुखकमलमिलल्लोचनं नीरदाभं 
नानाल‌ङ्कारदीप्तं दधतमुरुजटामण्डनं रामचन्द्रम् ।।

ज्याचे हात गुडघ्यापर्यंत लांब आहेत अशा,, धनुष्यबाण धारण केलेल्या, पद्मासनात बसलेल्या, पिवळ्या रंगाचे वस्त्र नेसलेल्या, ज्याचे डोळे कमळाच्या पाकळ्यांशी जणू स्पर्धा करत आहेत अशा, प्रसन्न, डाव्या मांडीवर विराजमान असलेल्या सीतेच्या मुखकमलाकडे ज्याची दृष्टी लगलेली आहे, जो मेघाप्रमाणे सावळ्या रंगाचा आहे, विविध अलंकारांनी जो तेजस्वी भासत आहे, मोठ्या जटारूपी अलंकार ज्याने धारण केला आहे अशा रामचंद्राचे ध्यान करावे.

Let’s meditate on Ramachandra, who has very long hands reaching his knees, who is carrying the bow and arrows, sitting in padmasana, wearing yellow coloured garment, whose eyes emulate the petals of the lotus flower, serene, whose sight is turned towards the lotus-like face of Seeta, sitting on his left lap, whose complexion is the color of the clouds, who is wearing various ornaments, and bearing matlocks also like an ornament.

चरितं रघुनाथस्य 
शतकोटिप्रविस्तरम् । 
एकैकमक्षरं पुंसां 
महापातकनाशनम् ।।१।।

श्रीरामाचे चरित्र शंभर कोटी श्लोकांपर्यंत विस्तारलेले आहे. आणि त्यातील एकेक अक्षरदेखील मोठ्या पातकांचा नाश करणारे आहे.

The life sketch of Ramachandra runs up to a hundred crore shlokas. And even every single letter of these shlokas is the destroyer of great sins.

ध्यात्वा नीलोत्पलश्यामं 
रामं राजीवलोचनम् । 
जानकीलक्ष्मणोपेतं 
जटामुकुटमण्डितम् ।।२।।

ज्याचा वर्ण निळ्या कमळाप्रमाणे आहे, जो कमलनयन आहे , जटारूपी मुकुटाने अलंकृत आहे, जानकी आणि लक्ष्मणासहित आहे–अशा रामाचे ध्यान करून —

Meditating on Rama, whose complexion is like the blue lotus and eyes are like the lotus also, who wears the matlocks as ornaments, who is accompanied by Seeta and Laxmana—

सासितूणधनुर्बाण-
पाणिं नक्तंचरान्तकम् । 
स्वलीलया जगत्त्रातुम् 
आविर्भूतमजं विभुम् ।।३।।

ज्याने खड्ग आणि भाता जवळ बाळगले आहेत, ज्याच्या हाती धनुष्य आणि बाण आहेत, राक्षसांचा जो नाश करणारा आहे, सर्वव्यापी अजन्मा असूनही जो जगाच्या रक्षणासाठी जो आपल्या लीलेने इहलोकात अवतीर्ण झाला आहे—

He who has the sword and quiver with him as also the bow and arrows in his hands, who destroys demons, is all pervading and birthless and yet as a part of his divine play,
has come down to the earth to save the world–

रामरक्षां पठेत्प्राज्ञः 
पापघ्नीं सर्वकामदाम् । 
शिरो मे राघवः पातु 
भालं दशरथात्मजः ।।४।।

—-बुद्धिमान माणसाने पापे नष्ट करणाऱ्या, सर्व कामना पूर्ण करणाऱ्या या रामरक्षेचे पुढीलप्रमाणे पठन करावे – राघवाने माझ्या मस्तकाचे रक्षण करावे, दशरथपुत्र रामाने माझ्या कपाळाचे रक्षण करावे.

The intelligent man, in the following way, should chant this Ramaraksha, which is the destroyer of sins and giver of all desired things– Raghava may protect my head; the son of Dasharatha, the temple.

कौसल्येयो दृशौ पातु 
विश्वामित्रप्रियः श्रुती। 
घ्राणं पातु मखत्राता 
मुखं सौमित्रिवत्सलः ।।५।।

कौसल्यापुत्राने दोन्ही डोळ्यांचे, विश्वामित्रांचा लाडका असलेल्या रामाने दोन्ही कानांचे, यज्ञरक्षक रामाने नाकाचे आणि लक्ष्मणावर प्रेम करणाऱ्या रामाने माझ्या मुखाचे रक्षण करावे.

the son of Kausalya, my eyes; the beloved of Vishvamitra, my ears; the protector of sacrifices my nose and the one who is affectionate to Saumitri (Laxmana), my mouth;

जिह्वां विद्यानिधिः पातु 
कण्ठं भरतवन्दितः । 
स्कन्धौ दिव्यायुधः पातु 
भुजौ भग्नेशकार्मुकः ।।६।।

विद्यानिधी रामाने माझ्या जिभेचे, भरताने वंदन केलेल्या रामाने माझ्या कंठाचे, दिव्य आयुधे धारण केलेल्या रामाने माझ्या खांद्यांचे आणि शिवधनुष्य तोडणाऱ्या रामाने माझ्या बाहूंचे रक्षण करावे.

The repository of knowledge may protect my tongue, the one bowed down to by Bharata,my throat, the possessor of divine weapons my shoulders, the breaker of Shankara’s bow, my arms–

करौ सीतापतिः पातु 
हृदयं जामदग्न्यजित् । 
मध्यं पातु खरध्वंसी 
नाभिं जाम्बवदाश्रयः ।।७।।

सीतेचा पती राम माझ्या हातांचे, जमदग्निपुत्र परशुरामाला जिंकणारा राम माझ्या हृदयाचे, खर. राक्षसाचा नाश करणाऱ्या रामाने माझ्या शरीराच्या मध्यभागाचे आणि जांबवानाच्या आश्रयदात्या रामाने माझ्या नाभीचे रक्षण करावे.

The husband of Seeta may protect my forehands, the one who defeated Parashurama, the son of Jamadagni,my heart, the destroyer of Khara, my middle, the haven of Jambavan,my navel— 

सुग्रीवेशः कटि: पातु 
सक्थिनी हनुमत्प्रभुः । 
उरू रघूत्तमः पातु 
रक्षःकुलविनाशकृत् ।।८।।

सुग्रीवाचा स्वामी राम माझ्या कमरेचे, हनुमानाचा प्रभू राम माझ्या नितंबांचे,  राक्षसकुळाचा ध्वंस करणारा रघुकुलश्रेष्ठ राम माझ्या मांड्यांचे रक्षण करो.

The lord of Sugreeva may protect my waist, the lord of Hanumaan, my hips, the excellent among Raghus, the destroyer of families of Rakshsas my thighs–

जानुनी सेतुकृत्पातु 
जङ्गे दशमुखान्तकः । 
पादौ बिभीषणश्रीदः 
पातु रामोऽखिलं वपुः ।।९।।

समुद्रसेतू बांधणाऱ्या रामाने माझ्या गुडघ्यांचे, रावणाचा नाश करणाऱ्या रामाने जांघांचे बिभीषणाला ऐश्वर्य प्राप्त करून देणाऱ्या रामाने माझ्या पायांचे आणि माझ्या एकूण सर्व शरीराचेच रक्षण करावे.

The one who built the ocean-bridge may protect my knees,the destroyer of Dashanana, my loins, the giver of wealth to Vibhishana, my legs, and Rama may protect my whole body.

एतां रामबलोपेतां 
रक्षां यः सुकृती पठेत् । 
स चिरायुः सुखी पुत्री 
विजयी विनयी भवेत् ।।१०।।

रामाच्या शक्तीने युक्त असलेल्या या रामरक्षेचे पठन जो पुण्यवान मनुष्य करेल, तो दीर्घायुषी, सुखी, मुलाबाळांनी युक्त, विजयी आणि विनयशील होईल.

The meritorious person who will chant this Raksha, invested with the power of Rama, will attain longevity,happiness and progeny. He will be victorious as well as humble.

पातालभूतलव्योम-
चारिणश्छद्मचारिणः । 
न द्रष्टुमपि शक्तास्ते 
रक्षितं रामनामभिः ।।११।।

रामनामाचा जप ज्याचे रक्षण करत आहे त्याला पाताल, भूतल आणि आकाशात गुप्तरूपाने संचार करणारे राक्षस पाहूदेखील शकत नाहीत.

The Rakshasas, who frequent the three places viz Patala, Bhuloka and Antariksha loka, hiding their identities are not even able to see the one who is protected by the chanting of the name of Rama.

रामेति रामभद्रेति 
रामचन्द्रेति वा स्मरन् । 
नरो न लिप्यते पापै:
भुक्तिं मुक्तिं च विन्दति ।।१२।।

राम, रामभद्र, रामचन्द्र अशा नावांचे नित्यस्मरण करणारा  मनुष्य पापांनी लिप्त होत नाही. त्याला सर्व सुखभोग प्राप्त होतात आणि मुक्तीही मिळते.

The person who always remembers the names Rama, Ramabhadra or Ramachandra is not touched by sins and he attains the sensual enjoyments as well as liberation also. 

जगज्जैत्रैकमन्त्रेण 
रामनाम्नाऽभिरक्षितम् । 
यः कण्ठे धारयेत्तस्य 
करस्थाः सर्वसिद्धयः ।।१३।।

जग जिंकणाऱ्या, मुख्य अशा रामरूपी मंत्राने अभिरक्षित केलेले (सूत्र) जो गळ्यात धारण करतो , त्याला सर्व सिद्धी हस्तगत होतात.

He who wears around his throat, the thing (thread etc) sanctified by the single world-victorious mantra i.e. Rama’s name attains all divine powers as if placed in his hands.

वज्रपञ्जरनामेदं 
यो रामकवचं स्मरेत् । 
अव्याहताज्ञः सर्वत्र 
लभते जयमङ्गलम् ।।१४।।

वज्रपंजर (वज्राप्रमाणे अभेद्य राहून रक्षण करणारा पिंजरा) या नावाचे हे स्तोत्र जो स्मरतो त्याची आज्ञा कोणीही मोडू शकत नाही आणि त्याला जयरूपी मंगलाची प्राप्ती होते.

He who remembers this protective shield of Rama, called Vajrapanjara, everywhere he will be the one of unbreakable command and will attain welfare in the form of victory.

आदिष्टवान्यथा स्वप्ने 
रामरक्षामिमां हरः । 
तथा लिखितवान्प्रातः 
प्रबुद्धो बुधकौशिकः ।।१५।।

झोपेमध्ये ही रामरक्षा शंकरांनी जशी सांगितली तशीच प्रात:काळी जागे झाल्यावर बुधकौशिक ऋषींनी ती लिहून काढली.

This Ramaraksha was preached by Shankara in dream to the seer Budhakaushika, who upon rising wrote it down expressly.

आरामः कल्पवृक्षाणां 
विरामः सकलापदाम् । 

अभिरामस्त्रिलोकानां 
रामः श्रीमान्स नः प्रभुः ।।१६।।

कल्पवृक्षांची बागच जणू, सर्व आपत्तींच्या नाशाचे स्थान आणि त्रैलोक्याला मनोहर वाटणारा तेजस्वी श्रीराम आमचा स्वामी आहे.

Rama who is literally the garden of the wish fulfilling trees, who is obviator of all calamities, who appeals to the three words as very handsome, who is lustrous, is our Lord. 

तरुणौ रूपसम्पन्नौ 
सुकुमारौ महाबलौ। 
पुण्डरीकविशालाक्षौ 
चीरकृष्णाजिनाम्बरौ ।।१७।।

तरुण, रूपसम्पन्न, अत्यंत कोमल पण तरीही महाबलवान, कमलाच्या पाकळीप्रमाणे विशाल नेत्र असणारे आणि वल्कले व कृष्णाजिन वस्त्र म्हणून धारण करणारे—

These two who are young, very handsome, very delicate and yet possessors of huge strength, whose eyes are big like the lotus petals, who wear the barks and the deer skins for apparel– 

फलमूलाशिनौ दान्तौ 
तापसौ ब्रह्मचारिणौ। 
पुत्रौ दशरथस्यैतौ 
भ्रातरौ रामलक्ष्मणौ ।।१८।।

फळे आणि कंदमुळे खाणारे, इन्द्रियांवर संयम ठेवणारे, तपस्वी, ब्रह्मचर्यव्रत धारण केलेले, रामलक्ष्मण हे बंधुद्वय दशरथाचे पुत्र आहेत.

Who eat fruits and roots only , and controlling their senses do penance, these two brothers , the sons of Dasharatha–

शरण्यौ सर्वसत्त्वानां 
श्रेष्ठौ सर्वधनुष्मताम् । 
रक्षःकुलनिहन्तारौ 
त्रायेतां नो रघूत्तमौ ।।१९।।

सर्व प्राण्यांचे शरणस्थल असणारे, सर्व धनुर्धाऱ्यांमध्ये श्रेष्ठ, राक्षसकुळाचा नाश करणारे हे दोघे रघुकुलश्रेष्ठ पुरुष आमचे रक्षण करोत.

Who are the shelter of all beings, the most excellent among the wielders of the bow, the destroyers of the families of Rakshasas, may protect us.

आत्तसज्जधनुषाविषुस्पृशौ
अक्षयाशुगनिषङ्गसङ्गिनौ । 
रक्षणाय मम रामलक्ष्मणौ
अग्रतः पथि सदैव गच्छताम् ।।२०।।

सज्ज केलेले धनुष्य धारण करणारे, बाणांना हस्तस्पर्श करणारे, अक्षय आणि शीघ्रगामी बाणांचा भाता बाळगणारे, रामलक्ष्मण माझ्या रक्षणासाठी माझ्यापुढे मार्गात नेहमी चालत राहोत.

Rama and Laxmana, with their bows held in readiness, touching the arrows with their hands, carrying inexhaustible quivers containing swift arrows, may always go in front of me on the path , for my protection.

सन्नद्धः कवची खड्गी 
चापबाणधरो युवा। 
गच्छन्मनोरथान्नश्च 
रामः पातु सलक्ष्मणः ।।२१।।

सदैव सज्ज असणारा, कवच, खड्ग , धनुष्य बाण धारण करणारा, आणि लक्ष्मणासह चालत असलेला तरुण राम आमच्या मनोरूपी रथांचे रक्षण करो.

Ready for battle, with the armour, sword, bow and arrows, the ever youthful Rama , walking together with Laxmana, may protect the chariots of our mind.

रामो दाशरथिः शूरो 
लक्ष्मणानुचरो बली। 
काकुत्स्थः पुरुषः पूर्णः 
कौसल्येयो रघूत्तमः॥२२॥

दशरथाचा पुत्र, शूर, लक्ष्मण ज्याचा सेवक आहे असा, बलवान् ककुत्स्थकुलात जन्मलेला, पूर्णपुरुष, कौसल्यापुत्र, रघुकुलश्रेष्ठ राम

Rama, the son of Dasharatha, who is valiant, always followed by Laxmana, powerful, born in the lineage of Kakutstha, the complete Purusha, the son of Kausalya, excellent among the Raghus–

वेदान्तवेद्यो यज्ञेशः 
पुराणपुरुषोत्तमः। 
जानकीवल्लभः 
श्रीमानप्रमेयपराक्रमः ।।२३।।

वेदान्ताशास्त्राने जो जाणला जातो, जो यज्ञाचा स्वामी आहे, वेदपुराणांनी स्तुती केलेला पुरुषोत्तम, जानकीपती, श्रीमान् आणि ज्याच्या पराक्रमाला मर्यादा नाही असा—

One who is known through the study of Vedanta, the lord of sacrificial acts, the Purushottama who is eulogized by the Puranas, the dear husband of Seeta, lustrous, of boundless valour–

इत्येतानि जपन्नित्यं 
मद्भक्तः श्रद्धयाऽन्वितः। 
अश्वमेधाधिकं पुण्यं 
सम्प्राप्नोति न संशयः ।।२४।।

अशाप्रकारे रामाच्या नावांचा श्रद्धेने नेहमी जप करणारा माझा (शंकरांचा) भक्त अश्वमेध यज्ञ करून मिळणाऱ्या पुण्यापेक्षा अधिक पुण्य मिळवतो यात काहीही संशय नाही.

My devotee who thus always keeps chanting Rama’s names with faith, gains more merit than even by the performance of Ashwamedha sacrifice, there is no doubt about this.

रामं दूर्वादलश्यामं 
पद्माक्षं पीतवाससम् । 
स्तुवन्ति नामभिर्दिव्यै:
न ते संसारिणो नरा: ।।२५।।

दूर्वांप्रमाणे श्यामवर्ण असणाऱ्या, कमलनेत्र, पीतांबरधारी रामाचे त्याच्या दिव्य नामांनी स्तवन करणारे लोक संसारात आसक्त होत नाहीत.

Those men who praise Rama, whose complexion is the colour of the Durva grass, the lotus eyed, who wears the yellow garment, with these divine names, are not attached to this transmigratory existence.

रामं लक्ष्मणपूर्वजं रघुवरं सीतापतिं सुन्दरं
काकुत्स्थं करुणार्णवं गुणनिधिं विप्रप्रियं धार्मिकम्। 
राजेन्द्रं सत्यसन्धं दशरथतनयं श्यामलं शान्तमूर्तिं 
वन्दे लोकाभिरामं रघुकुलतिलकं राघवं रावणारिम् ।।२६।।

लक्ष्मणाचा मोठा भाऊ, रघुकुलश्रेष्ठ, सीतापती , सुंदर, ककुत्स्थवंशी, करुणासागर, गुणांचा निधी, ब्राह्मणांना प्रिय असलेला, धार्मिक, राजाधिराज, सत्यवचनी, दशरथपुत्र, श्यामलवर्णाचा, ज्याची आकृती शांत आहे असा, लोकांना मनोहर वाटणारा, रघुकुळाचा तिलक, रावणाचा शत्रू असा जो राघवराम, त्याला मी वंदन करतो.

I bow down to Rama, who is the elder brother of Laxmana, the excellent among Raghus, husband of Seeta, handsome, born in the lineage of Kakutstha, ocean of compassion, the repository of good qualities, dear of the brahmins, dutiful, the king of kings, ever truthful, the offspring of Dasharatha, dark complexioned, of peaceful contours, deer to the whole world,the foremost of the family of Raghus, Raghava, the enemy of Ravana.

रामाय रामभद्राय 
रामचन्द्राय वेधसे । 
रघुनाथाय नाथाय 
सीतायाः पतये नमः।।२७।।

राम, रामभद्र, रामचंद्र, वेधा, रघुनाथ, नाथ, अशी नावे असणाऱ्या सीतापती रामाला नमस्कार असो.

Salutations to the one known variously by the names Rama, Ramabhadra, Ramachandra Vedha, Raghunatha, Natha, the husband of Seeta. 

श्रीराम राम रघुनन्दन राम राम 
श्रीराम राम भरताग्रज राम राम । 
श्रीराम राम रणकर्कश राम राम 
श्रीराम राम शरणं भव राम राम ।। २८ ।।

हे श्रीरामा, रामा, रघुनंदना, भरताच्या मोठ्या भावा, रणांगणात कठोरता धारण करणाऱ्या रामा, तूच माझे आश्रयस्थान हो!! 

Oh Rama, Shrirama, the child of the Raghu lineage, elder brother of Bharata, one who is extremely harsh in the battlefield, please be my place of shelter.

श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ मनसा स्मरामि 

श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ वचसा गृणामि । 

श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ शिरसा नमामि 

श्रीरामचन्द्रचरणौ शरणं प्रपद्ये ।।२९।।

श्रीरामचंद्राच्या चरणांचे मी मनाने स्मरण करतो, त्या चरणांची वाणीने स्तुती करतो, मस्तकाने मी त्यांना नमस्कार करतो आणि त्या चरणांनाच मी शरण जातो.

 
I remember the feet of Rama with my mind, eulogize them with my speech, bow down to them with the head and I surrender myself at those feet.

माता रामो मत्पिता रामचन्द्रः 
स्वामी रामो मत्सखा रामचन्द्रः । 
सर्वस्वं मे रामचन्द्रो दयालु:
नान्यं जाने नैव जाने न जाने ।।३०।।

रमचंद्रच माझी माता आणि पिता आहे, रामचंद्रच माझा स्वामी आणि मित्रही आहे. दयाळू रामच माझे सर्वस्व आहे. मला रामाखेरीज दुसरे काहीही ठाऊक नाही, अजिबात ठाऊक नाही.

Rama alone is my mother, father, lord and friend. Compassionate Ramachandra is my everything. I don’t know anything else besides him. I literally don’t know anything else.

दक्षिणे लक्ष्मणो यस्य 
वामे तु जनकात्मजा । 
पुरतो मारुतिर्यस्य 
तं वन्दे रघुनन्दनम् ।।३१।।

ज्याच्या उजवीकडे लक्ष्मण आणि डावीकडे जनकपुत्री सीता आहे आणि पुढे मारुती आहे त्या रघुनंदन रामाला मी नमस्कार करतो.

I bow down to the offspring of the Raghus, on whose right side stands Laxmana, Seeta on the left and Hanumaan in the front.  

लोकाभिरामं रणरङ्गधीरं 
राजीवनेत्रं रघुवंशनाथम् । 
कारुण्यरूपं करुणाकरं तं 
श्रीरामचन्द्रं शरणं प्रपद्ये ।।३२।।

लोकांना मनोहर भासणाऱ्या, युद्धात धैर्यशील, कमलनेत्र, रघुवंशाचा पालक, कारुण्यस्वरूप,आणि करुणा करणाऱ्या त्या श्रीरामचंद्राला मी शरण जातो.

I take recourse to Rama, who is dear to the world, courageous in the battlefield, lotus eyed, the lord of the Raghu’s lineage,the embodiment of compassion and who acts compassionately (towards his devotees.) 

मनोजवं मारुततुल्यवेगं 
जितेन्द्रियं बुद्धिमतां वरिष्ठम् । 
वातात्मजं वानरयूथमुख्यं 
श्रीरामदूतं शरणं प्रपद्ये ।।३३।।

मनाप्रमाणे किंवा वाऱ्याप्रमाणे जो वेगवान आहे, जितेन्द्रिय, बुद्धिमान जनांमध्ये श्रेष्ठ, वायुपुत्र, वानरांच्या समूहाचा प्रमुख आणि श्रीरामाचा दूत असणाऱ्या हनुमानाला मी शरण जातो.

I surrender myself to the Hanuman, the ambassador of Rama, whose speed is comparable to the mind or the wind, who has complete control over the senses, foremost among the intelligent, the son of the wind-god, the leader of the flock of Vanaras.

कूजन्तं राम रामेति 
मधुरं मधुराक्षरम् । 
आरुह्य कविताशाखां 
वन्दे वाल्मीकिकोकिलम् ।।३४।।

कवितारूपी फांदीवर बसून राम, राम अशा अत्यंत मधुर अक्षरांचे कूजन करणाऱ्या वाल्मीकिरूपी कोकीळाला मी नमस्कार करतो.

Sitting on the bow of poetry, who sings the most melodious syllables– Rama, Rama–I bow down to that cuckoo called Valmiki.

आपदामपहर्तारं 
दातारं सर्वसम्पदाम् । 
लोकाभिरामं श्रीरामं 
भूयो भूयो नमाम्यहम् ।।३५।।

आपत्तींचा नाश करणाऱ्या, सर्व प्रकारची संपत्ती देणाऱ्या, लोकांना मनोहर भासणाऱ्या, श्रीरामाला मी वारंवार नमस्कार करतो.

I bow down again and again to Shrirama who waives away all calamities, who is the bestower of all prosperity, and dear to the whole world. 

भर्जनं भवबीजानाम्
अर्जनं सुखसम्पदाम् । 
तर्जनं यमदूतानां 
राम रामेति गर्जनम् ।।३६।।

राम, राम अशी गर्जना संसाराची बीजे दग्ध करून टाकणारी, सुख आणि संपत्ती मिळवून देणारी, यमदूतांना त्रस्त करणारी आहे.

The roar– Rama, Rama is the fryer of the seed of transmigratory existence, it accrues the wealth of happiness and frightens away the Yama’s messengers. 

रामो राजमणिः सदा विजयते रामं रामेशं भजे 
रामेणाभिहता निशाचरचमू रामाय तस्मै नमः । 
रामान्नास्ति परायणं परतरं रामस्य दासोऽस्म्यहं 
रामे चित्तलयः सदा भवतु मे भो राम मामुद्धर ।।३७।।

राजांचा मुकुटमणी राम नेहमी विजयी होतो. त्या लक्ष्मीपती रामाचे मी भजन करतो. रामाने राक्षससैन्याचा पूर्ण नाश केला.त्या रामाला नमस्कार असो. रामापेक्षा श्रेष्ठ असा दुसरा जीवनमार्ग नाही. मी रामाचा दास आहे. माझे चित्त नेहमी रामामध्ये लीन राहो. हे रामा ! तू माझा उद्धार कर.

Rama, the crest jewel of all kings is always victorious. I serve only Rama. Rama killed all of the army of Rakshasas, Salutations to Rama. Besides Rama,there is no better way of life.I’m a servant of Rama. May my mind always remain merged into Rama. Oh Rama! please redeem me!!

राम रामेति रामेति 
रमे रामे मनोरमे । 
सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं 
रामनाम वरानने ।।३८।। 

हे मनोरमे (पार्वती), राम, राम, राम म्हणत मी रामामध्ये रममाण होतो. हे एकच रामनाम (विष्णूच्या) हजार नावांशी  (विष्णुसहस्रनिमाशी) बरोबरी करणारे आहे.

O,beautious one! Saying Rama, Rama, Rama, I rejoice in Rama alone! This one Ramanama equals one thousand names of Vishnu (as in Vishnu Sahasranama)

इति श्रीबुधकौशिकविरचितं श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णम् ।।

अशाप्रकारे हे बुधकौशिक ऋषींनी रचलेले श्रीरामरक्षास्तोत्र पूर्ण झाले.
