अस्य श्रीतन्त्रोक्तं देवीसूक्तस्य, ऋषयः देवाः, अनुष्टुप् छन्दः, महालक्ष्मीर्देवता, श्रीजगदम्ब-प्रीत्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः।
या तन्त्रोक्त देवीसूक्ताचे ऋषी 'सर्व देव' आहेत, छंद 'अनुष्टुप' आहे आणि मुख्य देवता 'महालक्ष्मी' (जगदंबा) आहे. जगदंबेला प्रसन्न करण्यासाठी या जपाचा विनियोग केला जातो.

शिवायै सततं नमः।
नमः प्रकृत्यै भद्रायै
नियताः प्रणताः स्म ताम्॥१॥
देवीला नमस्कार, महादेवीला नमस्कार, जिचे स्वरूप कल्याणकारी आहे अशा शिवा देवीला सतत नमस्कार. प्रकृतीला (मूळ शक्तीला) आणि कल्याणकारी भद्रेला आमचा नमस्कार. आम्ही तिला नम्रपणे वंदन करतो.
Salutations to the Goddess, the Great Goddess, to the Auspicious One always. Salutations to the Primal Nature, the Beneficent One; we bow to Her with devotion.
गौर्यै धात्र्यै नमो नमः।
ज्योत्स्नायै चेन्दुरूपिण्यै
सुखायै सततं नमः॥२॥
रौद्र (भयंकर) रूपाला नमस्कार, नित्य स्वरूपाला नमस्कार, गौरी आणि धात्री (जगाचे पालन करणारी) देवीला वारंवार नमस्कार. चांदण्याप्रमाणे शीतल असलेल्या, चंद्ररूपिण्येला आणि सुख देणाऱ्या देवीला सतत नमस्कार.
Salutations to the Fierce One, the Eternal One, to Gauri and the Sustainer. Salutations to the Moonlight, the Moon-faced One, and the Giver of Happiness.
सिद्ध्यै कुर्मो नमो नमः।
नैर्ऋत्यै भूभृतां लक्ष्म्यै

कल्याण करणाऱ्या, वृद्धी (प्रगती) आणि सिद्धी देणाऱ्या देवीला आमचा नमस्कार. राक्षसांचा नाश करणाऱ्या नैर्ऋतीला, राजांच्या वैभवाला (लक्ष्मीला) आणि शंकराच्या शक्तीला (शर्वाणीला) वारंवार नमस्कार.

संकटातून पार नेणाऱ्या दुर्गेला, साऱ्या जगाचे सार असलेल्या आणि सर्व काही करणाऱ्या देवीला, कीर्तीला (ख्याती), कृष्णवर्णीय आणि धुरकट (धूम्रा) रूपाला आमचा सतत नमस्कार.
Salutations to Durga who takes us across difficulties, the essence of everything, the doer of all. Salutations to Fame, the Dark One, and the Smoky-hued One.
नतास्तस्यै नमो नमः।
नमो जगत्प्रतिष्ठायै
देव्यै कृत्यै नमो नमः॥५॥
जी अत्यंत सौम्य आणि त्याचवेळी अत्यंत रौद्र आहे, अशा देवीला आमचा नमस्कार. जगाची प्रतिष्ठा (आधार) असलेल्या आणि क्रियारूपाने (कृती) वास करणाऱ्या देवीला वारंवार नमस्कार.

Praised by the Gods in the past for their welfare, and served by the King of Gods (Indra); may that Empress of the Universe grant us auspiciousness and destroy all our calamities.

या च स्मृता तत्क्षणमेव हन्ति
नः सर्वापदो भक्तिविनम्रमूर्तिभिः॥३०।।
She who is now being saluted by us, the Gods distressed by arrogant demons; She who, when remembered with devotion, destroys all our miseries in an instant—may She protect us.
इति श्रीतन्त्रोक्तं देवीसूक्तं (अपराजितास्तुति:) सम्पूर्णम्।
अशा प्रकारे तंत्रशास्त्रात सांगितलेले श्री देवीसूक्त (ज्याला 'अपराजिता स्तुति' असेही म्हणतात) पूर्ण झाले.
